安装Python遇到的问题，求助

通过anaconda安装了juputer book,在安装pip install jupyter_contrib_nbextensions时提示ERROR: THESE PACKAGES DO NOT MATCH THE HASHES FROM THE REQUIREMENTS FILE. If you have updated the package versions, please update the hashes. Otherwise, examine the package contents carefully; someone may have tampered with them.
我安装的是3.7.3的版本。
求助解决。
