python3.8中安装transformares中的问题

downloading https://files.pythonhosted.org/....../hotocore-1.15-py2.py3-none-none-any.whl..下载了没多少然后出来报错：
error:exception:
traceback(most recent call lass):
python 安装路径\lib\site-packages\pip\-vendor\urllib3\respones.py,line 397,in _error_catcher
.....后面一堆的红字

PS:如何才能把截图上传啊，字打累死！！

你是不是python3.8.2啊，太新了，建议换3.8.1或者3.7.X
