添加meta标签

想在360上下载几张图片，但是审查元素查看Network时出现错误：Mixed Content: The page at 'https://jandan.net/pic' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://push.zhanzhang.baidu.com/push.js'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

然后百度了一下，说要在页面上加入meta头，不知道具体怎么操作，求指教，谢谢
