but you know, openai dont allows china users to use it, so they may developed v*n detect tools to detect china users. they banned many china users

but see right error messages, it says "cloudflare" you can google "whats cloudflare ray id“
maybe you can email openai(can see the openai vertification sender's email) that you've banned 为啥呢
