下方是要求:
现在你是一个计算机开发者的角色,
现在要用python的第三方库streamlit写一个具有增删改查功能的通讯录管理系统,
数据库用的是sqlite,
侧边栏有增、删、改、查、退出几个radio按钮进行页面控制,
增加界面是一个form表单,有保存按钮,保存后自动清空form中的数据,并在下方用表格的形式显示数据库前10条数据;
查询界面是模糊查询,加按钮搜索的形式,同时有一个清空搜索框的按钮;
