andriod sdk adb错误

搭建完开发环境后每次run as android application的时候都会有下面的错误
The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.
You must restart adb and Eclipse.
Please ensure that adb is correctly located at 'E:\java\android-sdk_r18-windows\android-sdk-windows\platform-tools\adb.exe' and can be executed.


网上好多人说重启adb我也试了一下啊 但是也不行



个人感觉是配置的问题 但是找不到在哪里 还希望有人能指点一下哎

在任务浏览器中吧adb 结束了 重新打开eclipse
