Kingbase ESv8 连接问题求助

求助大家：
Kingbase安装成功后，打开数据库对象管理工具，但是连接不成功，不知道是什么原因，求解，感谢

Connection to 127.0.0.1: 54321 refused. Check that the hostname and portare correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/lp connections. 这个是怎么回事呢
