delphi 程序不能调试 求指教Could not create output file

我知道这个问题很白目，但是一直不知道怎么做才能避免出现Could not create output file 'D:\Program Files\Borland\Delphi7\Projects\Project1.exe'
到底要怎么新建 怎么保存的，刚开始 求指导

1、你运行完没有关掉 生成的程序 比如 你生成了FORM1 但没有关闭又按了F9那么就会报错了你可以把已经打开的这个程序Project1.exe关闭 或者在进程里杀死 再编译
2、查找'D:\Program Files\Borland\Delphi7“文件夹内是否有“Projects”目录，没有则手动创建，然后在Projects内继续创建Bpl目录，然后重试
3、保存文件，将进程里面delphi32.exe关闭了重新编译
