Delphi编译关闭后出错

delphi7运行关闭出现cannot creat file"C:\program file\borland\delphi7\bin\initcc32.exe拒绝访问。这个问题要怎么解决，麻烦各位大手们帮帮忙，小弟初学Delphi。
