[已解决]VS2017单纯的文件能编译吗？

VS2017能跟其他IDE比如codeblock或者devc++那样不用新建工程只需要新建源代码然后直接编译吗？

安装了vs2017，就会有 x86 Native Tools Command Prompt for VS 2017
