新手一枚，下载python不知道该下载哪个包

    本人新手，刚开始学习python，进入官网准备下载python，但是相对于小甲鱼视频中的下载页面，复杂一些，不确定该下载哪个包，麻烦各位提点下！谢谢！

现在最新版本是3.7.3，windows 64位就有3个，不知道该下载哪个！本人用的win10系统

下载了中间的，也安装安装流程安装，但是一点击Install Now 后 就会报错
文件或目录损坏且无法读取

估计是下载的时候文件传输出错了，你再重新下载一下安装，
