看不懂，不知道咋回事，用清华源会出现这样的报错么？要么pip升级下

pip 版本已经是最新的了，使用清华源也会报错，问题不出在镜像源上面，好像。。。和编码有关系

算了，都搞不好，我直接升win10就直接好了
