snowball认为应该排更多的鸽子去煽动别的农场的动物们造反。
有两个争论点，一个是如果他们没有做好防御工作，那么势必会被打败，另一个是如果其他农场的动物们造反了，那么他们也就不用做防御工作了。
动物们先是听了napoleon和snowball的话，不能决定到底哪一个才是正确的；他们发现自己总是会赞同正在说话的那一方。
