0x0 基本能力（basical capibility）

1、be knowledgeable.

【横向的知识要广泛，达到“博”

    A、what is the major problem? （能够对前沿问题的进行分类）

    B、track top scholar's recent work. (follow 顶尖研究者的研究工作)

    C、summary the papers well.( 小技巧：几个top会议中，最新出现的，不到10篇的论文设计的方向，可以判定为趋势，涉足的人不多。 )

2、be focused.

【纵向，专注一个领域，达到“专”

    A、has a label.（  ？？ 对某个领域进行标记，关键字）

    B、focus on specifical problem.(专注于明确的问题)

    C、familiar with it's disadvantage & advantage & previous work.(对研究领域的来龙去脉， 优劣 有一个清晰的认识)

3、critical thinking and be logical.

【批判性的思维，独立思考，并且讲究逻辑性。 做事的逻辑性，分析问题的逻辑性

    why so? why not?（为什么这样做？ 为什么不这样做？这样做/不这样做的理由是什么？）

4、think your ideas.

5、convince yourselfe and others（说服自己和别人）

6、be open mind.(思想开放，思维开阔。我的理解：尝试从不同领域，不同角度去切入问题)

    an unsolved challenge problem  + a tricky solution.（挑战性的问题+巧妙的解答）

    what can be called a idea? it at least should satisfy the condition below .

    A、 new problem （the solution can be labor or not）

    B、 old problem with new solution。

      B1、use newinformation

      B2、 use new  algorithm

      B3、 use traditional useless info。（使用之前认为没用的信息。废物利用。）

    idea sample：在某种场景下，有这么一种问题。别人之前都是这么解决的，但是里面可能会有问题，因此，那样解决可能更好。

7、 schedule your work.

8、 working is learning。

9、 comm.  with  peers.（和同领域人交流）

10、comm. with reviewers.（和reviewers交流）
