第一种方法：用清华的镜像试试：

1. python -m pip install Pillow -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

复制代码

第二种方法：去下载 whl 文件，然后 打开 cmd 通过 cd 调整工作目录到 whl 文件所在文件夹

然后输入  pip install Pillow的whl 文件名，包含后缀

那你在试试去 https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple 这个网站，然后等几秒让网站加载下

然后按 Ctrl + F 查找下 Pillow 然后去下载cp38的版本的 whl 文件

然后将这个文件保存在桌面，打开 cmd 输入

1. cd Desktop

复制代码

然后再输入：

1. pip install 文件名.whl

复制代码

把这里的文件名给替换成你下载的 whl 文件名
