你打包时候不带 -w ，然后看下终端显示的报错是什么

应该是你安装的pyinstaller有问题
先现在原来的pyinstaller
再从GitHub重新安装pyinstaller

1. pip uninstall pyinstaller
   
2. pip install https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller/archive/develop.zip
