第一点：是Python.exe和pip.exe所在文件夹吧？

在执行scrapy crawl project提示”ImportError: DLL load failed: 找不到指定的模块”  而且import win32api也是这个提示  将两个dll文件复制到system32中也没用，请问这该怎么办啊？
