        filter内置函数:
                1.使用:1.可以自己定义一个想要获得的数据函数,然后在其他地方可以使用filter()来筛选你想要的数据.
                2.filter(None,iterable):iterable中的值如果有''',则直接在显示时直接忽略,如果有 '' '' 空置则打印空值


方法：
|  filter(function or None, iterable) --> filter object
|  
|  Return an iterator yielding those items of iterable for which function(item)
|  is true. If function is None, return the items that are true.
