我是python 3.6
win10系统

在安装node.js时出现如下信息，求指教

C:\windows\system32>npm install semantic -ui --save
npm WARN saveError ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'C:\windows\system32\package.json'

npm WARN system32 No license field.

已经解决啦！！！
