使用adb shell命令在Idle返回信息带乱码

在windows命令行直接使用命令可得到正确答案：
d:\tmp>adb shell top -n 2 -d 0.01 | findstr suspend
  17 root       0 -20     0    0    0 S    0  0.0   0:00.00 suspend

但如果是用python写，在IDLE中打印的就是下面的结果。

2. 
   
3. lines = os.popen("adb shell top -n 2 -d 0.01 | findstr suspend").readline()
   
4. print(lines)

怎么能让IDLE和windows显示的一样？
