把你的  pygame-1.9.6-cp38-cp38-win_amd64 放在桌面，然后打开 cmd 输入

1. cd Desktop

复制代码

回车后再次输入：

1. pip install --target=D:\python3.81\Lib\site-packages pygame-1.9.6-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl

复制代码

继续回车

没有 pygame 模块

去pip 安装下 pygame 模块 然后再试试吧

1. python -m pip install pygame -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

前提cmd 中显示 successfully 才算安装成功，否则肯定不行

那就去 https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple 网站里面下载下pygame 的 whl 安装文件，保存到桌面

选择正确的版本，比如 cp38 就是指 3.8 版本的 Python

然后下载到桌面，打开 cmd 输入 cd Desktop 然后回车

然后输入 pip install 文件名.whl

这里的文件名就是你下载的 whl 文件名
