提示信息那写了， pip 版本过低，你更新下 pip 即可，输入这个代码：

python -m pip install --upgrade pip

出现 Successfully 即是更新成功

最后卸载pycharm就没报错了，我python的版本是3.8，pycharm的版本是2020.2，不懂哪儿冲突了，也有朋友说是pycharm带不动pyhton,他是先装pycharm,后面再通过pycharm安装python，遇到同样问题的可以这样试试，因为现在我还是比较喜欢用VS code，就不去尝试了

升级pip就好了，错误提示是pip等级过低

先install pip
