我不是很懂网络编程，不知道是html还是javscpit啥啥三剑客，我只想做到：在我选中的一句话下面一行添加一句中文注释！！

<p>Adds a group name <a class="reference internal" href="../../../../../../common/docproject/utilities/types.html#type:str" title="type:str"><span class="varstringbool"><span class="null">s</span></span></a> to zone faces included in the optional <a class="reference internal" href="../../../../../../common/module/doc/manual/range_manual/range_commands/rangephrasereference.html#" title="range"><tt class="xref fish fish-tok docutils literal"><span class="pre">range</span></tt></a>. Use of the group logic is described in <a class="reference internal" href="../../../../../../common/module/doc/manual/group_manual/group.html#group-manual"><span>Group</span></a>.
This command may take the form <a class="reference internal" href="#command:zone.face.group" title="command:zone face group"><tt class="xref fish fish-cmd docutils literal"><span class="pre">zone</span> <span class="pre">face</span> <span class="pre">group</span></tt></a> <a class="reference internal" href="../../../../../../common/docproject/utilities/types.html#type:str" title="type:str"><span class="varstringbool"><span class="null">"slotname = groupname"</span></span></a> ?quotation marks required, spaces at equals sign ignored ?where <a class="reference internal" href="../../../../../../common/docproject/utilities/types.html#type:str" title="type:str"><span class="varstringbool"><span class="null">slotname</span></span></a> is the slot assignment and <a class="reference internal" href="../../../../../../common/docproject/utilities/types.html#type:str" title="type:str"><span class="varstringbool"><span class="null">groupname</span></span></a> is the group name.</p>
<p><font color="#ff0000">A zone face may belong to many groups, up to a maximum of 128.</font> The <span class="cmdkey">group</span> <font color="#ff0000">range element can be used to select objects by group name.</font></p>
<p><font color="#ff0000">Both the group and the slot can be encoded into the single string</font> <a class="reference internal" href="../../../../../../common/docproject/utilities/types.html#type:str" title="type:str"><span class="varstringbool"><span class="null">s</span></span></a>. To do this use the composition 'slotname=groupname', where the name to the left of the equals sign will be the slot, and the name to the right will be the group.</p>

需求：咋按照下图的效果来写啊
附带请求，如何解决中文乱码和控制上下行距的问题
1. 用JS或jQuery修改备注

2. 中文乱码的问题，有可能是

中的charset没设置正确
3. 控制上下行数可以通过
margin
padding
来控制
