[已解决][新手问题]为什么我装不上matplotlib

我的python是3.4版本
下载了一个matplotlib-1.5.0-cp35-none-win32.whl.  whl文件不会安装
于是找百度, 说要下载get_pip.py
于是,下载了, 安装了, 按照要求,到我的电脑属性里增加了环境变量path为python34/script
然后,运行在cmd里运行pip成功了
然后用 pip install wheel

C:\>pip install wheel matplotlib-1.5.0-cp35-none-win32.whl
