__new__是每个类实例化时会自动调用的方法，返回的是实例对象
__init__是每个类实例化后会自动调用的方法，对实例对象进行一定的处理

class a():
    def __new__(cls, arg=0):
        print('new')
    def __init__(self):
        print('init')
A= a()
