plotly库的下载和安装

1、plotly库哪里下载啊？我在plotly网站上看到了 Python plotly API，这个api是什么东东啊？
2、我安装的是anaconda，使用Spyder比较顺手，那怎么安装呢？网上说pip安装，是类似dos的那个框框吗？
